Where can I stay?

  • After registering for the conference, you will receive the link to book a hotel room. Registration will open January 2026.
  • The rates listed do NOT include the Hotel Tax Rate, currently at 17.82%, but subject to change.
  • All hotels require a one-night nonrefundable deposit to secure rooms within the TAA contracted hotel blocks.
  • If your group needs 10 or more hotel rooms per night, you can set up a block of hotel rooms to manage your group. This will become available in the late fall of 2025.

  • Parking at the Fort Worth Convention Center is as follows per vehicle:
    • 0-20 minutes: $3
    • 21-40 minutes: $6
    • 61-80 minutes: $12
    • 91-100 minutes: $15
    • 101 minutes - 12 hours: $20
    • 12 hours - 24 hours: $24
