Meet Tracy Cherry

Tracy Cherry is a multifamily leader and the Vice President of Culture, Career & Marketing at Aretè Res. A 2025 Sapphire Award Winner and proud member of the AAGD Lyceum Class of 2025, Tracy is known for shaping high performing teams and creating workplaces where people genuinely love to work.

Tracy leads company-wide marketing efforts, including digital strategy, online presence, ad spend, social media, creative direction, and analytics. She ensures each community’s brand is strong, consistent, and positioned for success. She also develops intentional training programs, innovative learning experiences, and communication strategies that strengthen teams from the inside out. With experience across leasing, marketing, leadership, and team development, she delivers training that resonates and drives meaningful results.

She has served in multiple leadership roles, including Education Chair for AAGD and Legacy Kids Volunteer Director at Minnie’s Food Pantry. Outside of work, you’ll find her enjoying weekend getaways with her family, recharging and finding inspiration for the week ahead.
