About Rachel

For nearly 20 years, Rachel Druckenmiller has helped leaders and their teams navigate disruption and self-doubt by doing the inside work first — building the self-trust, clarity, and courage to stop holding back and start making the impact they're capable of.

A TEDx speaker recognized by Forbes, Smart Meetings, and Workforce Magazine, she spent the first 13 years of her career as the Director of Wellbeing and Employee Engagement at one of the nation's largest employee benefits consulting firms, partnering with leaders and teams at organizations including Deloitte, Citizens Bank, and Sherwin-Williams. She knows what it looks like when capable people go quiet, check out, or run on empty because she lived it herself.

Today, Rachel helps leaders and teams move from self-doubt to self-trust, from hesitation to contribution, and from going through the motions to showing up fully. Her work gives people the clarity to see what's been holding them back, the courage to stop waiting for permission, and the inner foundation to lead through disruption rather than just survive it. Teams become more engaged, more vocal, and more connected to why their work matters. Leaders become the kind that people stay for and remember.

Rachel holds a Master's degree in Health Science, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP®) designation from the National Speakers Association, the highest credential in professional speaking.
