Maria Pietroforte is a nationally recognized multifamily executive, leadership strategist, and speaker known for her ability to connect people, performance, and purpose. With more than three decades of experience across conventional, affordable, military, senior, and student housing, Maria brings a rare blend of executive leadership, operational insight, and education expertise to the apartment industry.

Throughout her career, Maria has held senior leadership roles including President of Tribute Properties, Move.com (Rentnet.com), Kettler, and E&S Ring, where she led organizations through growth, transition, and cultural transformation. Her work consistently focuses on strengthening leadership capability, improving communication, and aligning teams to deliver measurable results.

Maria is widely respected within the apartment association community for her engaging, no-fluff approach to education. As an NAAEI Faculty member and Advanced Facilitator, she designs and delivers learning experiences that are practical, interactive, and immediately applicable—from leadership development and culture to customer experience, operations, and organizational effectiveness. Her sessions blend real-world stories with proven frameworks, giving participants tools they can use long after the session ends.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University and maintains multiple industry designations, including Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Certified Defense Property Manager.
