She spent 11 years in operations starting on-site to leading and establishing Learning & Development for growing management companies before moving into the technology space as a supplier partner. Known for her optimism and adaptability, Jenny is passionate about driving change, building strong cultures, and equipping teams with the tools and confidence they need to succeed.

When she’s not nerding out over tech and training, Jenny is a personal development junkie and loves all things leadership, team-building, wellness...even nutritional science. On the weekends she can be found spending time with her family, cooking together, enjoying the outdoors, and staying active.
