Meet Jennifer Stoop
Multifamily Thought Leader and Public Speaker
About Jennifer
Jennifer Stoops is a nationally recognized rental housing leader and sought-after industry speaker with nearly two decades of hands-on experience as a property management operator before transitioning into her current executive role. Known for her ability to translate real-world operational challenges into actionable strategies, Jennifer brings a practitioner’s perspective to every stage — grounded in experience, not theory.
Over the course of her career, Jennifer led property management operations, investment property acquisitions, and organizational growth initiatives, including helping scale Park Avenue Properties from a local firm into a respected regional operator serving owners and investors across the Southeastern United States. She later served as Vice President of Industry Relations at PURE Property Management, where she played a key role in strategic acquisitions and relationship development during the company’s rapid national expansion.
Today, as Senior Vice President of Global Industry Relations at PetScreening, Jennifer leverages her operator background to work alongside property management companies as a strategic partner — helping teams strengthen compliance, improve adoption, mitigate risk, and implement solutions in ways that actually work inside day-to-day operations. Her approach is rooted in empathy for onsite teams and leadership alike, shaped by years spent navigating the same pressures and decisions her audiences face.
A recognized and trusted voice in the industry, Jennifer is a frequent speaker, moderator, and emcee at national and regional conferences, where she is valued for her engaging delivery, practical insights, and ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences. She has been invited back repeatedly to lead sessions, panels, and mainstage programming — a reflection of both audience impact and conference confidence.
Jennifer is actively involved with industry organizations including the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the National Rental Home Council (NRHC), where she serves as NC State Chapter Co-Chair and participates in the Women in Single-Family Rental leadership council. Her leadership and influence have been recognized with honors including GlobeSt.’s Elite Woman of Influence and The Mecklenburg Times’ 50 Most Influential Women in North Carolina.
