Meet Jeff Pancone

Jeff started in the construction business in the early 80s and found the multifamily industry in 2003 where he started out as a maintenance technician for Avalon Bay in NYC learning every aspect of the industry through lots of great mentors as well as many hours of study in all areas of repair and maintenance of front of house and back of house.

He went on to work for several more of the major ownership groups, management companies and REITS over the next several years working his way up to a regional level and finally a national director.

Jeff is currently employed by a multifamily company in the apartment industry and also owns his own company that specializes in acquisitions and development of commercial storefronts and light industrial properties where he utilizes the skills and knowledge he learned from the great industry of multifamily.
