If a booth becomes available, you will be contacted in the order that you joined the wait list. If you are contacted, you will be asked to complete these steps to confirm your booth::

- Sign the contract
- Pay the booth payment in full immediately with a credit card, ACH/E-check or mail a physical check
- Once the booth is fully paid for, you will receive a confirmation.
Booth Pricing, as of January 1, 2025:
10x10 booth:
- $3,000 - member
- $3,800 - non-member
10x20 booth:
- $6,000 - member
- $7,600 - non-member
Deposit Payment:
A 100% payment is due within 30 days of completing the booth or sponsorship application. If you do not pay in full, you will not be eligible for booth location assignment on the expo floor plan when it is your turn.
Booth Location Assignment on the Expo Hall Floor Plan:
- At the end of September, the new design of the 2025 expo floor plan was published, and we began booth location assignments. This process is expected to take several months to complete, so please be patient. We will give you advance notice when your turn is coming up.
- In order to be eligible to select your booth location on the expo floor plan, you must first pay the full booth deposit! If you have not paid the deposit for the booth when it is your turn for booth location assignment on the floor plan, then we will skip over you to the next company in line.
- 2024 Annual TAA Sponsors will receive priority order above all others to for their booth location assignments.
- Then all 2025 confirmed exhibitors will be contacted in the timestamped order that the electronic exhibitor application approval confirmation email was sent.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of booth space or sponsorship items must be made in writing to the TAA office by the exhibitor. Cancellation prior to November 18, 2024, will cause forfeiture of half of the deposits (25%) tendered to reserve the booth or sponsorship item. The remainder (25%) of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation after November 18, 2024, will cause forfeiture of all deposits (50%) tendered to reserve the booth or sponsorship item. Cancellation of booth space or sponsorship items by the exhibitor on or after January 31, 2025, will cost the exhibitor full charge of booth or sponsorship items. Payments made by credit card will not be refunded the 3 percent processing fee. Monies paid will not be eligible to be applied to future ONE Conference & Expo events.
