The TAA ONE Conference & Expo is the premier event for rental housing professionals in Texas. It features educational sessions, keynote speakers, networking opportunities, and an Expo showcasing the latest products and services.

The 2025 TAA ONE Conference & Expo will be held from May 7-9, 2025 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in downtown Houston, Texas.

The conference is ideal for rental housing professionals, property managers, leasing agents, maintenance teams, and suppliers. There’s something for everyone looking to grow their career or business in the rental housing industry.

You can register online by visiting our registration page. The registration deadline for early bird pricing is March 4, 2025.

Your registration covers access to all educational sessions, keynote speakers, the Expo Marketplace, networking events, and select social gatherings.

We offer individual and discounted group pricing for attendees. Note that group discounts are only applied per each transaction during the Group Registration purchasing process. Discounts are *NOT CUMULATIVE* if the Group Admin purchases additional registrations at a later date. The convention center is located in downtown Houston and is easily accessible by car, rideshare, or public transportation. Detailed directions and parking info can be found on the travel section of our website.

Houston offers plenty of transportation options, including the METRORail, taxis, rideshares, and rental cars. Most of our recommended hotels are within walking distance of the convention center.

Hotel blocks will be available for booking starting October 28, 2024. Note that the Marriott Marquis requires a two-night nonrefundable deposit, and all other hotels require a one-night nonrefundable deposit to secure rooms within the TAA contracted hotel blocks. The rates listed do NOT include the Hotel Tax Rate, currently at 17.82%, but is subject to change. Visit our travel page to learn more about the conference hotels, travel and parking.

Business casual attire is recommended for all sessions and networking events. Comfortable shoes are a good idea, as you’ll be doing a lot of walking, especially in the Expo Marketplace.
